All items ordered will be available for pickup at the physical location (MPAMA Dayton or MPAMA Robbinsville).
Return/Refund Policy
Refund Policy: If a member purchases an item and wants a refund, the following policy is followed:
- If a member does not wish to pay their final installment and wants a refund, they would not qualify for a refund.
- If a member makes a purchase and requests a refund within 3 business days, they will receive a full refund. (Please see exemptions of Terms and Conditions Below to determine if item qualifies for a refund as certain items are exempt from being eligible for refunds, regardless of purchase timeline).
Monetary Refund: If a member makes a purchase for a merchandise item and requests a refund between 4 – 30 business days, their refund amount is:
TOTAL – 6% ($__ x .94) = REFUND AMOUNT
Account Credit: If a member makes a purchase for a merchandise item and requests a refund between 0-30 business days, they can get a full credit of the item amount added to their account (no monetary refund – amount can be applied to either school store or to autocharge for monthly tuition).
TERMS AND CONDITIONS – REFUND/CREDIT

- Items cannot be returned for a refund or for store credit if initial purchase is 31 days or older.
- T-Shirts & Uniforms cannot be returned for a refund after 1-week.
Exchange Policy: If a member purchases an apparel/gear item and wants to exchange the item for a bigger/smaller size, the following policy is followed:
- Gear: can be exchanged up to 14-days after purchase if the item is in NEW condition. If gear is ripped, damaged or broken, it CANNOT be exchanged.
- Apparel: can be exchanged up to 7-days after purchase if the item is in NEW condition. If apparel is ripped, discolored or damaged, it CANNOT be exchanged.
- If a member wants to exchange uniform they must return full uniform set before receive new uniform
