In Our Classes…
Though our training in classes takes place indoors, the skills practiced through Martial Arts and Karate extend far beyond the mats. The physical exercise we get through push-ups, sit-ups, jogging, and other drills we practice can help kids develop their muscles and endurance even further, improving their game by allowing them to play longer when they do get outside. Additionally, stretching is a big part of Martial Arts warm-ups, which furthers kids’ skillsets by keeping them limber and avoiding muscle injury. Finally, Karate classes are full of other children who also like playing outside, so the connection between friends is strengthened even more, and kids can make brand new friends to play outside with!
