During all classes this week, we will be placing extra emphasis on making sure our students are drinking enough water each and every day. We will provide them with these 3 helpful tips, as well as plenty more reasons why constant water intake is key. Our classes involve tons of physical exercise, which can lead to sweating and lowered water levels, which is why we will be stressing the importance of taking drink breaks throughout the day to stay hydrated. In short, our classes will aim to provide our students with the tools they need to stay happy and healthy this Summer season!
