Adult Martial Arts

Our Teen and Adult Program is designed around the premises of self-defense and physical fitness, allowing one to become more self-confident and self-aware with the added benefits of increased energy and stress relief. This exciting high energy program is a combination of Traditional Tae Kwon Do, MMA (Mixed Martial Arts), Boxing, Kempo, Muay Thai and Weapons training.

Cardio

Many of our Martial Art's exercises are cardio based to maintain a healthy cardiovascular system and enhance fat burning.

Strength

Various exercises help strengthen individual muscle groups throughout the body to tone and condition.

Self-Defense

Our Martial Arts classes incorporate real world self defense techniques to help prepare you for any situation and build up your confidence.

Stress Relief

Our Martial Arts classes for teens and adults helps reduce stress levels and strengthen the mind through various fun & exciting drills.
